A decent sized pub with good service. Inside seems quite dark for my liking but it doesn't detract from the ambiance too much. The usual Wetherspoon menu can be found here with a good selection of snacks, meals, soft drinks wines, spirits and ales. The staff were friendly and told us about the track and trace system. Seating areas were well screened for social distancing and adequate hand sanitation was available.

My experience in this place was so bad I'm writing to head office. This was a pulled chicken with avocado salad. Had to send it back!!

Great place, nicely situated in the centre among shops. Good service on the app, and distance rules always observed. Food was hot and delivered quickly.

Had the least real ales i've ever seen in a Wetherspoons and no fish for the fish and chips. Update - Visited three times now. The real ale selection has been a lot better with more ales on. Still no fish and chips available \sold out\ each time, fish purchasing seems to be a management issue here. Attracts a higher level of very bladdered drinkers in this one too.
