The Wax Loft takes cleanliness and safety seriously. I was so pleased with the care they put into making sure they’re providing covid-safe services. On top of that, 10/10 best brow wax I’ve ever had. I’ve had some really good ones but still had a hair or 5 to pluck or trim when I got home. Not this time! I’m in love with my brows and the service these ladies provide.

This was the most painless wax I’ve ever received! I had Rebecca who was amazing and talking me through everything she did! She held great conversations to keep me distracted and gave me great tips for after care. If you are debating getting a wax DEFINITELY go here for it it, it was a wonderful experience. I have already booked my next appointment!

I went here to get a Brazilian wax done for the first time and I felt very comfortable! The place is clean and the environment is warm and friendly. They make sure each customer is taken care of, offering comfortable seating in the waiting area as well as complimentary water and tea. I also get my brows done here pretty often and they always do a great job. Some of the prices are a bit high, but worth it for the quality especially if you are waxing more sensitive areas.
