Also had a very positive and personalised experience. I spoke with Dave, the owner and like others experienced, super helpful and with a good sense of humour. We live in Copenhagen and we needed something quite urgently. A quick call and a couple of hours later the package is on its way! What more to ask. Thank you and I will definitely be back.
All seemed great till I had an issue with the item after it’s first use. Company said an item was sent to replace the defective one but the name was to someone unknown. At this point contact stopped. After the second use the item was completely unusable and there was no contact from the shop at all, even to get assistance with the warranty. Eventually I had to raise a complaint with trading standards and Sevylor directly who assisted in ensuring the company issue me a full refund for then item. It’s not been received as of yet but I am keeping a close eye and will be seeking further legal advise if not received by Friday.
Excellent company. Very efficient. Spoke to a gentleman called Dave , who couldn't be more helpful when the issue was no fault of Wetworks. Will definitely use the company again . Nothing is too much trouble
Ordered a fridge part mid July and was advised it would be delivered July 27-28. Trying to track the item was impossible. Telling them the package was missing meant nothing to them. Finally they acknowledged they had no stock and it would arrive Aug 5. Nothing has happened so I'm doubtful I will ever receive my order. Totally frustrated with The Wetworks!
