Came yesterday for Sunday dinner, which was presented nice, and clearly had quality meat on it, but ruined by the rest. Hard, tough, tasteless roast potatoes that were massive. Thick, heavy, burnt Yorkshire puddings that seemed reheated. The rest of the veg was ruined by an over powering dose of aniseed in the white cabbage. Gravy was average. Starters were decent and probably big enough to share. No where near good enough for the price. Perhaps the reviews reflect the other meals.
