First time fishing here today.. Started the day on Pan lake, fished for 4 hours using various baits, not one single bite. There were 2 other anglers on the lake and they also had no bites. Moved over to the the river from 11:00 and Caught half a dozen F1's which were in great condition and put up a good fight. The complex could do with some signage and some work on the roads! The whole complex is also very muddy!! Oh and the loud bangs from the field next door were very annoying!!

This is a really good place to go if you enjoy fishing. There are a range of lakes suitable for complete novices to hardcore carp hunters. The staff at the tackle shop on site are very friendly and helpful. You can do 12 hour day or night fishing or do a 24 hour stint with the prices for this very reasonable for what's on offer. This is my number 1 fishery.

Excellent fishery. The farm lake is great for kids and will keep you busy all day with fish around the 2 to 3lb mark. Then there is the stream which has a great variety of fish and the Pan Lake if you want something a bit bigger without going specimen. I've not fished the specimen lake but there are some lovely fish in there. Great venue

Helpful and friendly staff, gorgeous little lake that we used. They also have 2 other lakes and a stream. Caught my 1st fish, we also caught carp and roach. Definitely recommend.

recently went here for a winter weekend, upon arrival there was a mess up with the booking i originally booked for 3 but one dropped out so left 2 but they only had down 1 booked luckily the man in the shop said myself and my brother could get on and took our money for a 48 hour session, by the time we got to the lake and found 2 swims that looked like good spots i was contacted by the owner/manager of the lake and told there was some confusion and that having me and my brother on the lake messed up his Saturday bookings, so i replied saying can we take these 2 swims and take the stakes out of 1 so me and my brother could fish, he agreed to this. so when Saturday came around i waited all day and no one else turned up on the lake and we could of had the swims we originally wanted to go on come Sunday i see a member of staff walking round i asked why i couldnt of taken them swims he said i could and no one was booked for sunday either i was not a happy person as we had to fish in personally swims that i wouldn't of touched. will not be returning in a rush
