I am very pleased as a resident for 8 years in Windham apartments with my current Property Manager and staff (Chantel Wood & Michael) of Windham Apartments. I enjoy the welcoming atmosphere that Windham staff has restored in our community. The new management has come in and hit the ground running with new ideas in landscape, interior and exterior design, as well as community involvement such as installing a free coffee machine for residents as they enter and for those leaving the community. Windham has changed the way we live. The community has become more involved in monthly activities through new ideas from entertainment to forum discussion, merely simplifying the way we relate to each other with our intranet thanks to the Windham staff. I can only speak for myself when I say I truly appreciate the relationship that we have together.

I would like to compliment the improvements recently made at Windham Apartments. Chantel Wood, and those assisting her, have made living at Windham Apartments a joy. I once again feel proud to say that I live here, which was not the case over the past few years. I need not speak about the past management company. I only choose to forward my praises for this one. Timeliness, consistency, a general feeling of being appreciated, cleanliness, upkeep, and customer service. Those living here seem to be upright and worthy caring about where they live. Thank you for everything you are currently doing.

We've lived here for a year and a half and are pleased. After our first year, there was a management change, and the new manager has fixed the elevator, the intercom, and the washing machine room. He also repainted the outdoors and many of the walls. He's willing to work with you and stay in communication with you. He seems to really care. We are so happy to be here now and afford to live downtown.
