We had a clog outside the house which was causing backups in the home to where we couldn’t use any water or toilets. We tried to get an emergency call last night from other companies and they either didn’t answer or couldn’t come till a few days out. So we looked outside of ephrata area and found the witmer company. We called and in less then an hour Keith came out and got our clog fixed in half hour. Very affordable to come out and service will definitely be using this company for any and all future services with plumbing heating and cooling.
Ryan did a great job look at what was needed to be done and did it quickly. He explained what would be on my nice to do eventually list as well. But didn’t get at all pushy about doing more than what was needed.
Fast, fast, FAST! They came within two weeks in the busier season as our unit died right as it was starting to get hot outside. They didn’t make us feel bad for not checking the unit back in January, and it was an attic unit too! Very professional and clean, I would hire them again in a heart beat!
