What an amazing organization. The selfless staff are constantly going above and beyond to help in any way they can. They offer help to so many in so many ways. I highly recommend turning to this place if you are in need of help!

Hope more of your funding of late has been used to improve programming and reduce tension for your handful of residents within that gilded cage than has been used in promoting yourselves. Do you have more staff on site and interacting with residents? Has communication between your residents and staff improved? Are you educating your residents as much as you are educating the public about their very real situations? From one who knew better.

I might as well went back to my ex, I stayed here with my 10 year old and my 7 month old. she stays up at night so I go in the living room with her. i was told i cant be in the kitchen or the living room passed 11:30. i have to be in my room. is this a safe place or jail? I was constantly tormented by staff and there was a staff member that thought I left my child (I took her with me) she told other staff members. No one has helped me at all here, there is no sympathy or empathy from staff. The list of things continues. i didn't come with very many cloths so there is a pantry down stairs, that we cant go in there alone and when things are donated they are givin to a church to take to other places. we cant see what is donated, things we need we don't get. i was told if i needed anything please let them know, they have alot of resources but when i would say anything that i needed i was told that they cant help with that....maybe i would be better off dead than living in this nightmare.
