The staff are amazing at this facility. Dr. Buscher is by far the best Doctor I have had. She delivered my daughter and I also had a IUD surgery both were a success. I truly love her professionalism and she is a great doctor that I have had for 6 years.

Have had several issues with this practice, and would HIGHLY suggest moving to a different OB/GYN group with Northwestern if you're requiring more than an annual check up. I have been sent multiple billing issues where procedures never rendered were charged to my insurance, appointments were over an hour late, and reception was very unhelpful or rude. The final straw for my husband and myself was having to wait on two separate occasions an hour past scheduled times to meet with the doctors - and one of these two times the PA had to come into the office and admit the delay was due to their not understanding why they even had the doctor's appointment on schedule. Mind you, there was no issue on their end charging me for this appointment which by their own admission was scheduled in error and deemed medically unnecessary. This use to be a practice I had great in-and-out experiences with for basic women's care, but would never recommend for anyone to go here if you are pregnant or expecting.

Dr buscher is great she has delivered both of my children. Dr tan is awesome also. She always makes me laugh and she checked on me each pregnancy. She came to the room helped me get out of bed. She even helped me monitor my blood pressure during pregnancy and post pregnancy

If I could give a negative review, I would. The doctor MS. Maria Tan forced me to do a blood test for the purpose of \healthy pregnancy\, and charged me over 5K on my insurance card. Ms. Tan does not respect me at all, not as a patient, nor as a pregnant woman. I never got a report showing me what was included in this blood test, and after test, no one went through the results with me explaining me whether my numbers are good or not. I called back in for the blood testing reading. The front desk lady was not able to read the results for me for some egulatory issues\.
