I live here, and it's quite a nice neighborhood. Not too busy and there's a pathway that goes through the forest nearby which is nice. It's also pretty close to the Morgan Creek shopping places. I do know that there is a lot of little kids here. The townhouses are nice (inside and outside) so I would rate it 5 out of 5.
