The worst customer experience ever from The Working lady. I have not received a replacement nor got any response from Sunny and Diptendra. This company is a cheat & do not put any money or take any services from them. Most of the reviews are from their employees. If I do not receive a refund, I am planning to take them to court and file a police complaint. Those who have faced similar experience can reach out to me and we can put a combined complaint.
All the reviews are fake. Diptendra Gupta is not responding. These reviews are given by their own employees some of whom we already know. Please be careful they will send some fake candidate without any verification or background check. Once payment is made on day one they will stop responding for refund. I already know quite a few people who are facing same issue with them.

All the positive comments you see are from the employees of the company ( Ajita Karve was assisting me getting a babysitter). They are highly unprofessional, unresponsive and sends fake/ bogus people at home without any verification , ultimately putting clients at risk. You will have to ask the maid to leave as all the details shared will not match with the candidate and then NO REPLACEMENT WILL BE MADE, NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. DONT TRUST DIPTENDRA GUPTA..
