These guys are the most knowledgeable, helpful individuals in the embroidery machine industry with whom I've spoken. During the process of restoring an old commercial embroidery machine, I've called The Embroidery Warehouse, asking them a few questions with regards to machine service and maintenance, and each time they have not only provided good advice, but have done so eagerly. Although I can't speak for their sales department, I can attest that their tech support is top tier.
