Loved this place felt my child could benefit from here and I believe he was at some point, unfortunately all except one of the secretaries are extremely rude. I pay substantially for my son to assist here without mentioning that I would drive 65 min to get to therapy one way for only half hour of services with that said I always dreed the interaction with the front desk, so much so that this was the reason I remove my son from services and she still had the audacity to say \you are not hurting anyone here it is your child that needs the therapy.\ That sealed the deal. Now I'm struggling to get him placed but still do not know if I want to give them another try.

My daughter is 3 and hard hearing which made her delayed in speech. I started to bring her to Tucson Therapy Group for speech therapy and she has made such great progress. She looks forward to going every week and the staff is absolutely wonderful, I highly recommend them for your speech therapy and all there services.

This is my son's (19 months) 3rd appointment. All staff that we have encountered have been very kind. They check your temp when you enter, staff are wearing masks (so are you), and social distancing is practiced in the waiting room. Our therapist today was Kristin. It was my son's first time working with Kristin and my husband and I were very happy. She could read his facial expressions immediately and was very observant of him. Kristin was kind and playful too. Throughout the session the goal was trying to get my son to sign 'more' to get more bubbles and before time was up he was signing 'more' to Kristin before we left. I know this may seem small but for a mother who is looking forward to the day she can hear her son speak words it was a moment we celebrated in hopes this is just the beginning to something more. Thank you Therapy Group of Tucson and thank you Kristin.

My son has been going here a year and a half and was only saying 2 words, the rest was gibbersh and there was a lot of frustration from both parents and him because we couldn't understand him. Now he is just working on articulation of a few consonants. He speaks so well and is learning more every day. Miss Andrea is a rock star and let me sit in on a lot of appointments so I could learn how to teach him at home. She also has given us tips on behavioral things too which has helped so much. His pediatrician is impressed with how smart he is plus his little sister is way advanced in speech because of how much we learned and can now teach to her. The owner is awesome and really cares about helping people. The office staff are amazing as well, so understanding of all patients and all their individual needs. I can't say enough good things about this office. We will be so sad to leave when it is time to graduate.
