Came to repair a fault on gas fire.worked fine for brief period but packed in shortly afterwards. Contacted thermogas to tell them of problem - but they more or less refused point blank to send an engineer to rectify problem. \Not our problem.good job done as far as we're concerned\. They then started their sales pitch and tried to sell us a new fire starting at 'just' 1000 - the brass face cheek of it all!! Won't be dealing with them ever again!

Absolutely fantastic service way above and beyond. I needed a part for gas fire that manufacturer had stopped making and thanks to their can do attitude and persistence found me a replacement that did the job. Can’t recommend enough thank you lovely friendly service.

Worst customer service ever , this company fitted our new boiler ,cost over 2k issues continually with it Steve never returns calls, & doesn't turn up when arranged. No hot water or heating since November 19 its now March 20 ! & still not fixed . Avoid at all costs . Engineer out from Atag Monday as arranged with Steve at Thermogas seems the installation is at fault - which is why steve was supposed to turn up at the same time as ATAG engineer as agreed with ATAG not us . Not only is the installation IS AT FAULT this company have installed the boiler and NOT even not even registered it with gas safe !! COWBOYS, LIARS . You told us not to get it serviced until it was fixed. We have spoken with ATAG on all 7 occasions .Warranty is still in place as its the faulty workmanship not the actual boiler at fault . Atag has assisted us in getting a proper company to correct your Shoddy work. This complaint against this company will be going much further .AVOID

Managed to resolve a problem that no other gas fire company could and spent time and trouble trawling through old paperwork to find the name of a spares supplier that had the part required.

Nice showroom, helpful people, but don't expect any paperwork to make your installation legal, 18 months later despite numerous conversations with them and promises by them still no paperwork.
