I came today to the shop with several questions about my new Tripac newly installed by Orlando Thermo King on my brand new Volvo VNL 860. John was very helpful and answered all my questions. I have several issues with installation of my tripac unit by Orlando FL shop. Now I wish that i have had my unit installed by John at this Sioux Falls location.
