Easy to park.. but hit expensive

I stop here every morning on my way to work but certainly won't be anymore. I've seen the staff here be very rude to customers but always thought there must have been a valid reason for it until now! Never going back here again, extremely rude staff, not interested in working there in the slightest let alone actually talking to anyone. I was insulted and shouted at and told to leave the store because the Costa coffee machine only filled my cup 3/4 of the way so I poured it into a regular cup (which was still only 3/4 full) I told the guy why I did it but he wouldn't listen and continued to talk over me, if you're prepared to lose a regular customer over 30p then you clearly have issues. Plenty more costa stops on along the A11, so just avoid this one! Definitely not going here again!

Very rude staff. Unhelpful and giving attitude to the customers as well as writing whatever they want on the receipts. Awful toilets. Fridges with drinks dripping water. Do not use this petrol station only in emergency only.
