Bought 2 phones 1 for my wife. They were supposed to sort everything with O2 so we both kept the same number. I had to contact O2 to sort it all out. They also sold me adapters and adapters that I didn't need as when I opened the box they were all included with the phone. I have used the carphone warehouse for years and this is the first time I have had a problem. It might just have been the one person I dealt with as he had to go and ask someone for answers to basic question and told me we couldn't keep our numbers and his colleague had to tell him how it was done!
