Love Cex and appreciate what they doing but.. Today booked some items to be collected around 14:50 , arrived 15:20 and waited in car park as I am not local. 1h pass decided to go and checked maybe items are ready and as it is New Years Eve and had things to do at home. Decided to go check, came to the shop 16:10 knocked and been told by the staff member that they are closing and I need to come back tomorrow, did not looked busy that could not spare 5 - 10mins to collect items on that time or during hours which I waited in car. Online closing time was 18:00. First big disappointment in Cex. Will try to avoid this shop atThetford in a future. Other Cex shops prepared orders in max 30mins. Just felt disrespected.
Terrible store, ran by incompetent teenagers ! Logic may tell you, ‘let’s employ youngsters, as they understand-play games’ in reality, they are yet to mature & grasp how to effectively deal with your 'paying' customers; generally adults-parents ! The lad behind the counter was like a robot, no flexibility or empathy to our the situation. Buy online, don't visit a store !
Always a pleasure visit to this store. I was served by a really welcoming and friendly member of staff. I'm hoping I got the right guy, but his name on the recipe is Alan P. Nice chap.

All I have to say is: start checking items that you're selling are complete and stop trying arguing with customers specially the blond female till assistant. Remember customer is always right, without customers you wouldn't have a job!
