Our first visit and pleasantly surprised. Food and service was great. Wait time was like you get at most places but good for how busy it was. Definitely going to come back and try more food.

Had a good lunch. There was a table of 20 of us and no one had a complaint. Food came out quick, had pre-ordered. Staff are excellent and accommodating. Pool table, massive screen. Enjoyed by all

Absolutely amazing!! I got a great vibe as soon as I walked through the door. The hostess greeted my date and I with warmth. We called ahead and were seated straight away. Food and drinks were as expected and the location mixed well with the ambiance. Priced just right and the quality was remarkable. Can't wait to get back.

The service is nice and friendly. I've ordered NY dog. I don't know if it's an original recipe but for me it was just too much vinegar. Pickles in strong vinegar, strong vinegar in mustard and vinegar in salad dressing. It should be called a NY disinfectant and suggested as a last meal before bed. I liked the sweet potato fries.

Food was delicious but my wife had bones in her salmon!

Awful experience tonight delivered by a team running an establishment my family have consistently enjoyed visiting the last few years after going to the adjacent cinema. Orders couldn't be completed as the menu was about to be rewritten. No indication when we arrived and it became a case of 'what do you have?'. Alarm bells should've been ringing at that point, we had 3 hungry children. 2 microwaved starters eventually arrived but after a further 40 mins, no sign of the mains; we did ask. When my wife's and mine arrived they were incorrect and, when challenged, the waiter discounted the 3 adults confirming what we'd requested and as good as called us liars. One dish was also in a very dirty bowl and, whilst it may have been in a dishwasher at some point in the past, it hadn't been in one for sometime. The duty manager eventually came out; he was immediately beligerent, very confrontational and tried to climb on a moral high ground he had no place being on. Excuse after excuse followed, there were no apologies from his team then we left. We only paid for the drinks. The experience has left a very bad taste in the mouth (no pun intended) and I would now discourage anyone from ever visiting there.

Nice venue for a night out and food. Toilets could be cleaner. Board games to play in the booths. Food is reasonable too.
