BMR in Thetford are rubbish, they are totally not interested in renting vehicles. There was a small issue with my proofs and the literally told me to go somewhere else. I went to Hertz in Thetford amazing, not just amazing it was 50% cheaper. Absolutely no issue with proofs. BMR wanted 75.00 per day for a old 62 plate beaten up old van. Hertz had 75.00 for two days hire in an 18 plate long wheel base high roof van. I had rented a vehicle before from BMR and they are rubbish, I know where I am going next time. Hertz had a lovely lady at the desk, BMR had a grumpy bloke that could not care less. Hertz also do half day rental, really good company. Really very impressed.
