I recently visited this Goodyear location for car repair. The staff and manager at this location offer excellent customer service. Not only did the staff here give me great customer service I also observed them giving others great service. In a retail business the service and willingness to help that you offer your customers is everything to repeat business. The team working at this location went above and beyond to repair my vehicle I would recommend them to anyone.

Had an appointment to get 4 new tires and an oil change. I was told it would take about 2 hours for both. Nice reception area for waiting room with TV. One hour & 45 minutes & I was ready to go. Checked out & even got a nice discount from the original quote. Very pleased with them.

DO NOT GO HERE HOT SPOT FOR COVID-19. all the workers working in this location were given two weeks out, many tested positive. I understand the virus only last 36 hours after the people leave, but their horrible upper management forced other stores employees to risk their personal health not even one hour after infected workers left to man the store. The store is in unsafe and horrible condition. I fear for anyone's safety who enter it. The workers there manning it need to sue the snot out of goodyear. How could they do that to their own people let alone the public. With all the safety protocols in place these days how do they think they can get away with this. PLEASE make this spread quicker than the spread of the virus from this store do to Goodyear's negligence. Thank you for taking the time to read this and God bless. Be safe people.
