I went there to utilize their certification services, so as not to need to mail the IRS a passport while applying to renew an ITIN. The price, 100, seemed pretty steep but worth not being without the passport, or having to drive to Baton Rouge where I found cheaper providers. The lady who did the process was very nice, no problem there. My issue is that the IRS did not accept their certification, and when I called to ask for help with it I was told that none would be forthcoming. And maybe they are not able to help, but it feels like at that price I could at least get some assistance with figuring out what went wrong. This is just my isolated experience, and I am sure is not representative of their normal services provided. As I mentioned, the lady who originally helped us was very nice.
