Nice open park with boat launch. There is a lot of free parking and a kids play area too.
Very nice park next to river with playgrounds and walking path around ball diamonds. Adjacent to Milwaukee River and Thiensville dam. Should be safe - police station shares parking lot.
Beautiful place to walk at.
A sunny and breezy day at the river's edge. Plenty of picnic tables in the sun and under shelter. A number of families supervising children on new looking playground equipment. Parking is somewhat limited. Heavy equipment working in area near the dam.
