Customer service is so poor. You will have to wait the entire day. Went there at 1000 hours saw the physician at 1500hours. Nonetheless the doctors there are topnotch

Thika branch I can't advice anyone going there will get good services. first time my wife was admitted here, the attendance to her was so poor, no information on any tests conducted, one day she was given medication without having taken lunch. second time blood samples were taking from my son and then clotted, they had to take for a second time imagine after waiting for more than 1 hour. This is a gross violation to the services a patient/customer is entitled to. Management should look into this.

Thika branch is a big joke,the front office staff are very rude,how do you keep me waiting for 5 hours while I have an ailing baby, and the staff are not moved at all.. AvenueThika management can you look into this,as this has completely changed my perception towards any Avenue Hospital..
