ThinkTech is an outstanding organization. I had a real challenge in taking over an organization with one individual handling every aspect of technology. Not only was this person in over their head (who can handle every aspect of tech from wiring and hardware to networking to security to web present and app development) they also were challenging to work with. Yet they had created a nest of custom band aids that were going to be a major challenge to handle unravelling without a major disruption to our business. Think tech came in and gently created a safety net, then a foundation, then quietly took on all the technology needs. They assisted in the transition of the challenging staff person with little fuss and great tact. Using Thinktech gave me confidence to make a hard decision that made the organization better in every way.
