'Andrea' contacted me about a phone interview appointment, I waited for the call at the appointed time and finally called in 5 minutes after to determine if I should be calling in. I was told to wait a bit for them to call me, then I called again 45 minutes after our scheduled interview and was told, Andrea, the person I had an appointment with - went home. It wasn't a good use of time as I spent about 8 or 9 hours doing research on the key interests of the business that I was being called about. All told, 10 hours lost on this venture.
