On the 03 February I had to say goodbye to my long time friend Delphi. The service from David was exceptional, he was so kind and caring with my horse during her removal. I knew my girl was in safe hands. I would highly recommend this lovely little family, who my vet actually contacted on my behalf, I think of my special girl every day and thanks to Ashes Pet & Equine Crematorium I was able to bring her home where she belongs. They even removed some of her mane for me which I will have made into a keyring. I had already removed a chunk of her tail to get a nice bracelet made so I have lovely keepsakes of her with. My vet even removed her 4 shoes at my request as I wanted to clean them up and my farrier will shine them for me ️

Thank you so much David and Gillian for the kind and considerate way you have treated us on the loss our beloved Bailey. He has left a huge hole in our hearts after giving us 17 and a half years of joy and it means so much having his ashes back home to help us with our grieving process. Kind regards, Carol and Bill.

Tesco Food Bag!!! - No expense spared - NOT! The experience of losing my sweet little coco was devastating. Having her cremated wasn't an easy thing for me to do. But I knew it was all I could do to keep her with me forever. 220 for a small pug. Seemed a lot of money but that didn't matter I just wanted what was best for her. I collected her ashes and the lady referred to my girl as a boy - I was a little offended but let it go. But now to open the box (so I can move some of her ashes into a pendant I'm wearing around my neck) to find my sweet little girl taped up in a Tesco food bag with her name written on in biro... I just found this totally disrespectful to Coco and a total con for us. The box isn't the best, the engraved plate was very poor quality but to put her ashes in a food bag... I cant believe it. I've moved her into something more deserving and wont ever recommend this company or even think of using it again. I would suggest they have more compassion and respect for the pets they are handling.
