We have had a wonderful experience dealing with the team at Brilliant Lighting. Melanie and her team walked us through everything step by step and guided us through the design process in a way that drew out the best options and styles of lighting and controls for our new home. Our Project Manager (Claire) worked closely with us to refine the finer detail and dealt with ordering lighting/dealing with our installers in a truly professional manner. The quality of the lights, controls, blinds and equipment has been exceptional. Russell from Brilliant Lighting set up and commissioned all of the lighting systems and blind controls and was great to work with. Its always really good to work with someone who cares so much about their products and can communicate technically in a manner which a lay person can understand. After sales service and product information relating to our final installation has also been great. Russell has been happy to pop round and help after commissioning has finished and helped us immensely. Thanks from all our family to all the Team at Brilliant Lighting!!
