Absolutely amazing food. It may be a fish and chip restaurant (also has a takeout) but they do sell other food and there are a couple of vegetarian options, worth noting that there isn't many of them though. I had the vegetable burger and it was quite nice but the lettuce was a little tasteless. Other than that, I loved coming here and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The chips are some of the best I've ever had and I've been to some of the most well known places for chips in the country (Trenchers Whitby etc).
Best fish and chips not just in Thirsk but for miles around.
Had a lovely lunch today with my partner after having not been for ages. Food was perfect and so was the service. Would definitely recommend.
Was on holiday in Thirsk and came here one evening. I had fish and salad and my other half had fish & chips and mushy peas. Thoroughly enjoyed the fish. Will be coming back here again when we are next in the area.
