Long time customer and when Maytag Neptune dryer needed to be replaced, we contacted via phone after not finding what we needed online. Purchased recommended replacement for a great price which included dryer, removal of old dryer, installation and extended warranty. Great company! I forgot it was labor day and called in, and even though they were closed someone there heard the phone and answered! I told him of a problem I was having with my dishwasher, and was ready to purchase the 150 part needed to fix it as soon as he said it was available. Instead, he had me try a super simple fix and it worked! This company is more interested in making sure you are satisfied than they are with making a quick buck.
