It was great to have an experienced team like Thomas & Associates on my side, with Patrick Verrier leading my file. From the start, I appreciated his straight-shooting, straightforward approach. He tells you the soundness as well as the challenges of your file. No BS. He is transparent in your position, as well as in letting you know what the costs are, and what may be required next in the process.
