I called to make an appointment to see an apartment, the next day I was told that unfortunately there was no opportunity to go in and see that apartment \which seemed very strange to me\ and therefore my booking it was moved to the next day, while I had politely asked if since the apartment had been moved the next day there had been no other people before me who could have bought the apartment. I was told not to worry that no one would see the apartment that day. the next day, the day of the appointment, they called me and told me that the apartment had already been taken by someone else. my partner and i are really disappointed and angry, i find this to be lack of professionalism.

This morning they contacted me to cancel the appointment this afternoon because they will rent someone else's house. they are not correct, I wanted that house because it was positioned right next to the children's school, I even emphasized this
