The one thing I miss most about living in Europe is the sense of community. You go into a bakery or any local business, they appreciate your patronage and will recognize you over time. A family owned business with passion for what they do. You may find it funny I am speaking of people being passionate about dry cleaning, but it is their passion for human kindness that I am alluding to.
