The whole experience from the moment Adam answered the phone about my enquiry, the discussion on what I was looking for, the pick up, and even still now as I ask questions, order accessories and book in my first service has been enjoyable. I dropped into Thomas Lee motorcycles at Moree looking for a couple of bolts for my motorcycle. I met one of the spare parts staff and he was very helpful. As I looked around the motorcycle shop I also noticed they sell Chainsaws and whipper snippers which is quite handy in the place out here as I looked around the different brands of motorcycles and was talking to the spare parts I noticed it had a really good atmosphere and the staff are so helpful thank you for helping me out. If you're going past call in and just have a look around and upstairs there's a couple of nice bikes which you won't see in the museum but well worth looking at from mwh

We purchased the motorcycle over the phone so trust was extremely important to us. Adam, communicated readily and worked with us to ensure the trade-in of our owned bike and the purchase of the new happened smoothly and without hitch. When we arrived at the dealership, we were made to feel welcome by all staff regardless of whether they worked in service, parts or shop front. Upon delivery of the motorbike, we felt the staff were just as excited about our purchase as we were. The features of the bike were explained in detail and questions answered professionally. Would definitely recommend the Thomas-Lee HD dealership for anyone looking to purchase their, first, second or whatever Harley as the customer service will make you feel the excitement you had when you purchased a HD for the first time. We travelled 5 hours from home to purchase our new Harley and it was definitely worth the trip.

We had been in the road for 16 days, down to Victoria and on our way home back to Qld when one of the bolts on my pannier frame snapped. Saw the shop on the way to the hardware store and called in on spec. The guys were wonderful. They found a couple of bolts amongst their spares. Not only that, they drilled out the snapped bolt and even refitted the pannier frame. All this late in the afternoon, no charge, just to get me back on the road and safely home to Qld. Thank you Thomas Lee Motorcycles. Great customer service.

I bought a second hand atv off these guys and unfortunately had a few problems with it. The way Thomas Lee Cycles handled the problem is a real credit to their company.
