This company has done my floors in three homes as I moved and as far back as 25 years of service. Recently I renovated my kitchen and wanted the wood floor redone. I assumed that they would never be able to match the adjoining wood floors - done by them 17 years ago. Well......the color was perfect. He mixed it on the spot and when it dried - it matches the adjoning spaces perfectly. Customer service is excellent. They come on time as scheduled. When I wanted a 2nd coat - as it is the kitchen - they scheduled it immediately. Wish all my contacts with contractors was as worry free.

I have had a serious problem with lack of quality and concern from this company. I ordered hardwood floors to be installed. Before the base molding was put on I looked at the installation and saw that in several areas, the floor was cut too short by 1 1/2". This is resulting in leaving a gap between where the wood floor ends and the wall and base molding is. There is a gap of about 3/8". When I contacted the owner Tom Lorentz asking for him to stop by and take a look at the problem I was having, he simply left a message that it was standard practice to leave 3/4" for expansion. In these problem areas, they left about 1 1/4", resulting in an open gap in the floor. This is a 10,000 job and the owner did not have the courtesy or concern to come look at the problem even though my home is 2 miles from the store. I have left additional messages with no response. I am very unhappy and am now left in an unfortunate position of having to live with shoddy work or proceed with the hassle of BBB or small claims court. Please do not make the mistake of using a company that does not take responsibility for their workmanship.

We had our hardwood floors redone including staining and they came out looking amazing. The crew that came out to our home were very polite, professional, thorough, and safe. They showed up when they said they would and even when we decided to do the railing and banisters after they already started working, they had no problems accommodating our request. They custom made the stain for our floors and even gave us some extra for just in case we wanted to touchup other things in our home so the stains would match. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking to redo their hardwood floors. They did a great job for me at a reasonable price and I'm sure they will do the same for you.
