Got an estimate and said OK. Then I got another estimate for 3000 less. I called to cancel and was informed there was a 10% cancellation fee (which amounts to 1200).. I was never informed of this when I contracted with them. It was on the contract but on the bottom of the back side of the page. Who looks at the back of something they sign? Especially when it’s on a clipboard.

So if you want your roof to last don't use this company. Our new roof is 1 year and 6 months old and it is already leaking. I didn't get to choose the company that put on the roof because when we bought it is was the last owners choice. Now I know never to use them again. Now i will call another company to come fix their mistakes because they warranty their roofs for 1 year. Hood luck to you if you decided to use them recently, expect your roof to start leaking right after the warranty is up. Not a fan of customer service or business. I will take my services elsewhere.

Installed my new roof 6 years ago....leaking like a sieve. Contacted company several times without resolution. Update: Thomas roofing has contacted me to resolve. I will update once complete. New update: I was told someone would be out the next day, that moved to Monday. I contacted them because it was supposed to rain Sunday night and I didn't want to be up till 4AM again moving buckets in my attic. They sent out their 30 year expert who swore it was a chimney cap issue and therefore not an issue with the flashing. Because of this, they said they would charge me 300.00 to tarp my chimney, saying it wasn't their fault. Keep in mind I already had 2 other experts that told me it was a major issue with the flashing around the chimney. Long story short, even with it tarped it leaked. Meaning it wasn't the cap. I contacted the owner and told her it was still leaking...I even tested it with a hose to prove it. They have once again not replied (it's been several weeks) I had another roofing company out that temporarily sealed the flashing until they could come redo my entire roof (shingles were also defective) Funny enough, as soon as the flashing was sealed it stopped leaking. This company is aweful....don't use them! Fyi the video on the google site is my 6 year old roof!!!.....again, don't use them!

Thomas put our roof on 8 yrs ago. They have been out here to fix a leak earlier this year. Leak was due to poor use of nails around our vents on the roof. This past weekend with all the rain, we had another leak. We called Thomas and they wanted a fee for estimate and a 400 min charge to fix the leak no matter what size. Needless to say we will not be recommending them again and we got roof fixed in 3 days with a free estimate and a small fee to fix. Thomas lost our business and we will be sure to let our friends know.
