Kayla my tech was so sweet and patient and professional with me. I loved her attitude always great and upbeat. We got it done even when my eyes werent cooperating. I would refer anyone to Thomas vision. And I have. Lisa my optician so knowledgeable. And check on all my questions.. I had a few. Made sure I was aware of all that is going to take place. Even with masks I know your team were smiling the entire time. The reception ladies also so inviting always. Awsome team professional great group of people. This was my first time going here and I was a little nervous, but let me tell you that did not last long. The ladies at the front greeted me with warmth and friendliness. As I went from room to room everyone I encountered was super kind and explained everything they were doing and why. Dr Cowan was great. He explained my eyes in detail and what I needed to be able to see.. Then I had to pick my frames and there was a selection to pick from. Even there I got some help making sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. Last but not least, the price surprised me because it was way UNDER what I was expecting. This customer is 100% satisfied...

Awesome and friendly staff! My 4 year old was seen here by the pediatric eye doctor. We did not wait long at all and the doctor made sure to narrate throughout the entire appointment what she was doing. They also got us scheduled quickly as I had some concerns! I am definitely happy we chose to be seen at this eye clinic!
