Hoveln Heating and Cooling was great to work with. I needed both furnace and air, and was provided with a great system in a timely manner. Jeff came out to check my existing system and recommend what I needed. The installation crew was awesome. They were very professional and friendly. It was in the 90's while they worked and they did their best to make sure that I would have air for long as possible during the 3 day installation. I appreciated that they kept the back gate shut while working and helped ensure that my dogs didn't get out! Great Job Hoveln!

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. After leaving an unflattering review for poor service, we were threatened by the company that they would withhold information we paid for until I removed my review! Tech told us our system was perfect during a tune-up and then the system stopped working 2 days later. We were told the heat exchanger was defective after the tune-up checklist marked it “good.” When it stopped working they were infuriating to work with as they are most certainly not open 24/7. At 10pm I was told I couldn’t get a call back until 6am while I was trying to figure out if there was a CO leak. The couple of techs that came to my house were incredibly nice and professional. However Renee was infuriatingly rude.

Great, friendly staff, knowledgable engineers, and very responsive! I had a heating emergency this winter and Hoveln came out right away, fixed the problem, and followed up with me afterwards.

Hoveln has been great! We have been dealing with some issues for a few years and when I brought Hoveln on, they immediately started working with me on what was going on. They take the time to explain to me what is going on and what they need to do. It is so nice to have someone take the time to talk with me and allow me to understand what is going on. The staff have all been wonderful to talk with and work with. All are very kind and courteous. I would highly recommend Hoveln to all! We won't be using anybody else for our home and business!
