Not once not once but twice they got my order wrong and I didn't find out about the second time until I got home and my daughter-in-law's sandwich was not in my bag even after the manager said he bagged my order personally and it was correct. It's almost I'm not sure what they're doing with the roast beef but they are cutting it so much thicker than they ever used to I loved the thin cuts of the roast beef now it's thick and rubbery. I'm not impressed with Arby's changes.

Clean place. The guy on front was kind. Curly fries are amazing. Roast beef too. They just need a big posters for the manu.
Was told they honor\expired\ coupons. They've Awesome chocolate shakes. I've yet to try strawberry!
The service and the food was great. They have a man there who greets you and makes sure your experience was the best possible.
Food...decent. Service with a smile...nope...aint going to get it. I've been here many times and have to hear a proper greeting or a thank you. Only reason I go back is to pick up food for other members of the family. Manager needs to clean house.
