This particular Bojangles was uncharacteristically unsatisfying, and to charge me regular price for the mini wings they gave me was poor customer service. I ordered the 3 wing dinner, and the wings that they gave me very small. The meat was also very dry. My soda was also flat. Not a good experience at this location. Won't be back.
WOW, I was in the drive thru for over 20 minutes (and there were only 6 cars in line). I am not sure what they were doing inside, but whatever it was, it was not productive. If there was a way I could have left the drive thru, I would have. Gas Station fried chicken would not have been much better (and that is not to make fun of gas stations). Please, Please, Please, owners/managers figure something out. You need to lead your staff, and help them with their jobs.
The food had been sitting in the warmer far to long. It wasnt good.
Love this place, food and service is Awesome.
