Had one bad experience with damaged furniture. In addition, the drivers were late, and did not have booties so I had to cover my new flooring myself. The owner agreed to reimburse a third of the charges for the damaged piece, but more than one half of the cost was for the damaged piece.. I feel the owner should have done more.
DO NOT USE THIS DELIVERY SERVICE!!!! I wish I could give this establishment ZERO stars. I have called 14 times at all times of the day (during business hours) for three days. No option to leave a voicemail, no way to leave a callback number, no calls back. I emailed their manager, who is conveniently out of the office, and another administrator two times-- shocker, NO RESPONSE. I have no idea when my delivery will be coming, or if it will even come at all, because NOBODY, NOT ONCE has communicated with me in the last month. When I first purchased my furniture, I was told that D&D would \work with my schedule\ to deliver it. They then told me they were only available DURING BUSINESS HOURS on a weekday because that is the only time they are \driving through my location.\ I am working outside the home, so obviously it is impossible for me to be home during the short 3 hour window of time they gave me. So much for \working with my schedule.\ I am truly so disappointed in this establishment. I repeat--- I wish I could give them zero stars. DO NOT GET ANYTHING DELIVERED FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT.
Terrible company and terrible service. I was promised delivery of my item 3 weeks ago and since then have contacted them via phone/email and receive no reply back. When they do reply they tell me my order is set to be delivered during the week and I will be contacted to set an exact time. It's been 3 week of this and it never happened. Keep in mind I placed my order nearly 3 months ago. I ordered through Luxedecor who unfortunately uses this company to ship orders. I would think that with purchasing higher end furniture/home decor they would at least have a reliable shipper. All I have gotten from d and d delivery services are lies.
I would give zero stars if that were an option. These guys showed up at 8:00 p.m. after delivering all day. I paid for white glove, second floor delivery and was told they couldn't do it. They obviously didn't feel like it, and I'm not sure the two-man crew could have accomplished the task anyway. They said they did not come with tools and were flat out rude. Demanded payment in full in cash or threatened to take piece of furniture back. Came into my home without a mask or any other COVID protection. THE WORST EVER!!!
