Very clean restaurant the staff is usually nice when I come there but I've heard mixed reviews. I will say this if you are in a hurry in the morning this is not really the place to go because they usually have a line all the way to the road I waited a good 15 to minutes in the drive through and it's like that every morning.

Usually decent costumer service, but lately I can’t order a single coffee without having to wait 30 minutes. EVEN WHEN I order 30 minutes ahead on the app, I still waited another 25 minutes after I got to the store for it to be done. People have jobs to go to, and we can’t afford waiting half and hour for a simple coffee. Do better please.

I’m not sure if it’s an understaffing, improper training or a bad combo of both... but this is literally the most 5th or 6th time in one month that I’ve had an issue with this location. & Why do I keep coming back? (Only because My employees don’t like Starbucks coffee) but the customer service here is horrendous. Since December, I’ve been here 3-4x a week. Our orders would get messed up in line so I downloaded the app and started on the go orders hoping it would be better.. but no worries because going inside, you just see the bad attitudes & eyerolls while you wait on orders (simple like a coffee and plain bagel) longer than people who don’t use the app. I wish i could pinpoint a certain employee besides Norma, but i wont because i believe they are tired. They clearly are overworked and rely on eachother heavily and when one makes a mistake, they all do. As their manager, it is her responsibility to take care of her team and instead she places blame instead of correcting an issue. Please. Please. Send new management to fix this place. As the only Dunkin’ for miles, it has the potential but the staff gives Dunkin’ a poor representation
I wish we had gotten the names of the people who helped us but we came in late in the evening and we're just blown away by the friendly faces and hospitality! We ended up getting scoops of ice cream for everyone and some donuts for in the morning and would definitely come back in a heartbeat when we're in Thomasville!
