Okay, I wanted to make an appointment for this urgent care. I called them and it referred me to save my spot online. So, I did and it asked me about my insurance and all that good stuff. I made my appointment 5 hours later because that was the only thing available. But they made me go through getting out of the bed to tell me my insurance is out of network. When I asked why did no one tell me sooner. I was told if I pay 100 then they would bill me for the rest. They need to pay closer attention to people’s information and stop playing with people’s time.

Operated in a most timely manner understanding what an appointment time really means. Very friendly staff. Very pleased with my experience there

I honestly appreciate the Doctor actually paying attention to what I said . Due to that he gave me additional medication so bot to hurt another condition that I have, colitis. That was very impressive because it is extremely important that medication not affect my colon or we could have another problem. Please Thank him for that!

Don’t bother trying to call. They won’t answer. Sat in the PVA and attempted to call. I saw two employees inside and neither answered the phone. The voicemail is full so you can’t even leave a message. Their texting system is delayed and difficult to understand when texts lag. When I finally saw the doc. She was GREAT! but then trying to get my husband and daughter retested so my husband could return to work was a pill. We made two appointments two days out and they wait until 20 min before to say they don’t do retesting and that we had to go to the health dept. such short notice. Super unprofessional. Sadly. This isn’t even the first BAD experience I’ve had here. Tried to give benefit of the doubt that they were just having a bad day, but no. They are just bad to work with. Never coming back.

Mr. W. Richardson is a great listener and very pleasant. He takes time with each patient and doesn't make them feel rushed. His bed-side (well car-side) manner is excellent and one to praised and modeled after.

Website clearly says accepting walk-ins, the door says don’t go in, call but their voicemail is full and even though I have a notice from the CDC app to get a test AND a referral from a doctor, they wouldn’t do it, this is after two young girls conversed about it and made their own decision. I don’t want to get tested by I’ve spent hours trying to do the right thing, for what?! For people to make their own rules? What a joke.

The Doctor/PA was really friendly and knowledgable. She took the time to explain covid recommendations outside of the scope of my appointment and I really appreciated that. She helped break down the questions I had around CDC recommendations.
