I just want to say their manager Chelsea is awesome! She went over beyond one for my coworkers! She had 60 plus orders it was time for her to go but she did not leave her team stranded! The smoothies are good too and great customer service!

Slow service and they lock the doors 15 minutes before closing. The attendant at the register hid when she saw me approaching.
I had hoped with new ownership/management this location would have better service. I absolutely love a smoothie first thing in the morning for breakfast. The last TWO times I have went in the past week the employees were shut off in the office with lights off. I always place my orders online so it is ready to go by the time I get there to get to work on time. Each time my order was not ready but they obviously new that I had an online order. There is NO reason why I should have to wait because employees are sitting on their a**. Customer Service absolutely SUCKS. PLEASE find new employees!
I wanted to surprise my daughter with a gift card. Was told to come back tomorrow because the manager had to put some cards out. Ridiculous. Came back the next day still now cards. Was told new cards are coming in but don't know when. They lost 20. Businesses don't do this. Update. Was given an email address to sort this out. I sent a message on 03/05. I have yet to get a response 20 days out. Late update. Thank you for making amends. My daughter is very happy! I think she will be a long time customer.
Since smoothie king started to be under new management everything is amazing. They have new employees and better customer service. I highly recommend that y’all try it!!
