They are very friendly and willing to help you. They answered all of our questions. Their warranty on top of the homes warranty is spectacular. I highly recommend if you are looking to buy a home. They list all costs upfront, they don't hide fees like other companies.

We called ahead to make sure someone would be in when we arrived, even though we would arrive a half an hour before closing. Woman who answered sounded exasperated even when we said we were just coming to pick up brochures and head quickly out. She told us she had an appointment that required she leave early. The tone of frustration remained even after we arrived. She was on the phone with another person addressing them in the same manner. We found her to be rude, even when attempting to appear helpful. In all of our research of modular home sales around PA we have never met someone so disinterested in gaining a customer. Such a shame.
