I ordered a chicken bacon ranch with the hotsauce cooked with my chicken. They tried to rip me off by ringing it up a buffalo chicken sub add bacon just because I wanted my hot sauce cooked with my chicken and not put on after it came out of the stove. On top of that, I know they don’t pay their employees fairly because when I worked there, if I didn’t finish my end shift duties before it was time to clock out, they made me finish them off the clock. There’s an elderly woman there that is just hateful. She kicked me out one day for no mask, even thought I had medical proof that I have respiratory issues due to cancer treatment. Absolutely no compassion. So I drove to DCCC Subway, no issues. She yelled at my husband today for resting in a chair today after he informed her that he just had a hip replacement (he did have a mask on.) could give several more examples, but bottom line, we’re never going back. She’s just mean. I’ve even seen her yell at law enforcement.
I asked for a spicy Italian footlong on wheat the woman grabbed the wrong type of bread 4 different times I kept having to tell her wheat bread then she started putting the wrong meats on the sandwich she put turkey and ham on the sandwich twice even after she was told it don't go on the sandwich then she asks what kind of cheese I want and still put the wrong cheese then she threw it in the toaster and toasts it then asks if I wanted it toasted after she put it in the toaster she did that 3 times after I said I did not want it toasted then she put the wrong veggies on my sub twice by the time everything was said and done she had to remake my sub 11 times then when she goes to ring me up she tried to charge for all 11 sub's which I did not order she had already charged my debit card for all 11 sub's before I had a chance to say anything now its gonna take 2 weeks before I get my money refunded I needed that money for food because I have no income and I'm going through cdl truck driving school and now I have no money for food the next 3 weeks and to top it off she didn't cut my sub in half and tried to hand it to me without wrapping it I would not refer this restaurant to anyone I would give it negative 10 stars if I could the service was that bad
Got denied service because of no ma’am worst service ever will not be coming back this mask this isn’t required by the law
Got denied service because of no mask, told them I had health reasons and can't wear one and still won't give me service. Health issues are exempt from wearing mask. This is wrong!
