Prices are fair. They have a nice vegetable selection. Unfortunately, I got the ribs. They called them barbecue ribs but they were actually ribs covered in some kind of sugary honey sauce. When I eat ribs, I want to taste meat; not sugar and honey. It was so sweet, I couldn't eat it. Also, the cornbread was too sweet to eat. I know some people like sugary, over sweetened food but I am not one of them. The staff are nice and personable but apparently they're not very bright. They actually wear their masks below their nose which makes the masks pretty much useless. I would give them three stars but I have to give them an extra star for having Wi-Fi.
This is honestly the hometown gem. I along with my 89 y.o. grandfather love this place and the employees. They are always so caring and sweet. The food is amazing! Today we got the beef stew and rice and the Alaskan whitefish the plethora of food u can get here is uncapped. Breakfast lunch or dinner they will not disappoint. This is a legend of Thomasville and we want to keep it this way for many years to come!
The prices were very affordable. They have daily specials that include dessert for less than 9! The strawberry cobbler was delicious! The waitress was very warm, friendly and patient with us all, she even let my son ask her a super long riddle! Lol It's oldschool and modest so don't expect anything modern but it was cozy and welcoming, that's what we prefer. Waitress had her mask on and masks are required when you walk in to be seated. Tables are socially distanced as well. Totally recommend!
Pretty good as far as small town diners go, cute little place but kind of pricey depending on what you get
