Leroy is such a pleasure. He saved me a ton of money through his thorough diagnostics check and thoughtful advice. I had already gotten an estimate from the dealership (2500). Leroy ran diagnostics and suggested I try a relatively simple fix first, his non-simple fix was 1600. The simple fix cost me 0 because it involved a defective battery that was under warranty at O'Reillys and able to be replaced. It worked! This is the 2nd time I have used Wrights in the last 4 years on different cars. Wrights has earned my business for life. He could have simply given me a 1600 estimate and just changed the battery himself but he didn't do that. Much respect for this man.
