Its the guest house inside Harbor estate owned by port trust. Its located at Tuticorin Harbor estate. Tuticorin is also called as the pearl city of India. Its a coastal city in the southern Tamilnadu. Its also called as the salt capital of Inida, because 90% of the salt produced in the state of Tamilnadu is produced at the salt pans of Tuticorin. Its having many energy and chemical industries and contribute a main share in the power produced at Tamilnadu. They have a literary rate, HDI and female to male sex ratio far better than the state and national average.
