Simply amazing food. I think I almost made myself sick by insisting on finishing my rigatoni because I couldn’t bear the thought of leaving any in my plate. Portions are big, service is attentive and accommodating. Just a lovely night.

Our first time here and based on the fantastic ratings, we had to make a slight detour from our ski trip to eat here. My son and I were definitely not disappointed. The service was great from the beginning a check-in as well as throughout the entire evening. It was a relatively busy night shortly after reopening, but everything felt well organized. Physical distancing measures were adequate and screening procedures were carried out. The food was simply fabulous. We left our meatballs. The braced short ribs were fall off the bones, and the veal parmesan was a very generous size. We decided to try the Buratta salad, something we had not had before. It was very refreshing and met all expectations. Will definitely return.
I was very disappointed in the takeout order that my daughter’s purchased me as a birthday gift recently. The lobster tail was no bigger than a large shrimp. The portion size of the calamari was a joke. I will say however that the food was tasty. The portion sizes should reflect the same as in house because the prices are the same. I will not take out again. I wish I could add photos of the meals for everyone to see.
I really hate having to leave bad reviews but I just have to say, our take out was not good. This is not a cheap restaurant and we really expected more. 20 pizza that was tiny (hardly fed one person) and was below average. My 5 year old son didn’t even want it. 28 for a burger that was over cooked. Sorry Fabrica, in these times you need to do better. We will take our business elsewhere next time.
Lovely, cozy setting. Not happy with our table: right in the narrow path of diners entering/exiting although there were other available tables for 2. Service was professional and competent. Calamari salad was somewhat disappointing. There were 2 small pieces of octopus on a bed of salad, granted the octopus was cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of sear and was super tender. Delicious! Our meals were both delicious and tasty. Portions were adequate. Dessert of meringue with fresh strawberries & rhubarb was inspired and unique. I wanted to lick my plate!
